A U.S.-based team with an international operations office
This structure directly shapes how the work is carried out. U.S.-side steps such as US Agent representation, importer registration with U.S. customs and Amazon account operations run through a U.S. legal entity. Day-to-day communication with manufacturers is handled by our operations office.
The company was founded in 2018 by selling its own brand on Amazon. The scope of our services today is built on the processes we ran ourselves at that time.

Our corporate working principles
Contract-based work
Scope, timeline and the obligations of each party are set out in a written contract. No work starts outside the contract, and any change in scope is added in writing.
Commitment to the legal framework
U.S. and EU regulations are tracked from primary sources. The regulation in force is the basis, not interpretation; where a point is unclear, we recommend confirming with the relevant agency or a licensed customs broker.
Objective assessment
If a product is not a fit for the target market, we say so in the first meeting. We make no sales guarantees; we work on budget, sequencing and timeline.
Traceable process management
The status of each step is tracked in the customer portal. Documents, responses and approvals are kept on the same record.
Confidentiality
Client company names, product information and commercial data are not shared with third parties. Reference names are used on the website and in promotional content only with the client's approval.
Division of expertise
Tax, trademark, logistics and compliance are each handled by a lead in that field. We do not rely on a structure where one person covers every topic.
Amazon Service Provider Network registration
Export Partners is a registered service provider in Amazon’s Service Provider Network program. The listing appears in Amazon’s own directory, and sellers can view provider profiles in the Partner Network section of Seller Central.
In practice, this registration lets us connect to a client’s account in an authorized, traceable way and read sales, advertising and returns data in Amazon’s own interface. No password sharing is needed, and if an account-level issue arises, we can work with Amazon directly.

Topics outside our service scope
The scope is defined from the start. We do not provide standalone SEO or Google Ads management, and we do not offer services for Etsy.
We do not present obtaining documents as a promise. FDA registration, trademark registration and company formation are actions of the relevant official agencies; Export Partners handles the application and paperwork, and official fees are paid directly to the relevant agency.
Free knowledge sharing
Amazon, compliance and export in one team
FDA registration, customs and Amazon operations are handled in one place, and wholesale buyer outreach moves forward at the same table. In the introductory call, we review the product, target market and timeline.
