How are the packages structured?
There are three pillars: compliance (FDA, labeling, customs), Amazon (account, listing, FBA, launch) and company and trademark. Each package covers one or more of these pillars; when two pillars are combined, they run on a single timeline and a package discount applies. Pricing is quoted based on the number of product groups and the target market; list prices for FDA, customs and European items are on the Prices page linked from the cards, and other packages are priced in the quote.

There is no fee for USD wire transfers to our U.S. bank account; card and online payments carry a 5 percent Stripe processing fee. The process starts once payment is confirmed and documents are submitted through the portal; each package's document list is sent with the quote.

Prices for FDA, USDA and customs items are listed on the Prices page linked from the FDA + Customs card. Each service has a single-purchase price (for example, FDA facility registration at 650 USD) and a package price (for example, 550 USD) that applies when at least two services are purchased together or combined with an Amazon service. For Amazon, company and trademark packages, the price is quoted based on the number of product groups and the target market, and a package discount applies when two packages are purchased together. Each quote lists the service fee, official government fees and third-party costs separately.
Yes, the packages are designed to complement each other: customs can be added on top of FDA Starter, and launch can be added on top of Amazon Setup. Packages purchased together run on a single timeline and receive a package discount.
Yes. The FDA Starter package can be purchased on its own; Amazon or customs services are not required.
If you already have an account, Launch and Management or Trademark + Brand Registry is usually a better fit than Amazon Setup. In the first meeting, we review the account status and narrow the scope accordingly.
