Export Buyer Sourcing System: Buyer Lists, Email, Meetings
An export buyer sourcing system is the infrastructure that lets a manufacturer reach overseas buyers in its own name: a target buyer list, email sending infrastructure, message sequences, a meeting calendar and reporting. Export Partners is a team that builds this system for manufacturers, runs it together with you in the first months and then hands it over to your own team; the buyer relationship and the sales stay in your name and under your ownership.
A system, not a middleman · You keep the buyer relationship · Setup to handover usually 3 months

What does a system mean, and how is it different from a middleman?
The classic route was trade fairs, distributors or agents: the relationship with the buyer stays with the middleman, and control over price and brand is lost. With a system approach, the company reaches the importer directly: a buyer list drawn from customs and trade data, emails sent from the company's own domain, meetings with buyers who reply, then quotes and samples. There is no middleman; what exists is a process and the tools that run it.
We are not a middleman or an agent. We build the system, run the first cycles with you and hand a working setup over to your team. Companies that want ongoing management can continue with us, but the goal is for finding export buyers to become the company's own in-house work.
How buyer lists are built from data and how cold emails are written is explained step by step in our blog posts; this page describes the service that sets up that work on your behalf.
Who is it for?
Manufacturers dependent on trade fairs and distributors
SMEs without their own export team
Brands that want a B2B channel alongside Amazon
Companies looking for buyers to enter the U.S.

How long does it take, and how is the fee set?
| Stage | Duration |
|---|---|
| Target and first list | 1 to 2 weeks |
| Infrastructure setup and warm-up | 2 to 3 weeks |
| First sending cycle and first meetings | 4 to 8 weeks |
| Setup to handover | usually 3 months |
The service fee is quoted based on the number of target countries, the list size and who will conduct the meetings; third-party subscriptions such as databases, email tools and domains are separate and opened in your name. Scope and timeline are given in writing at the first meeting. For work planned together with Amazon or FDA, see the service packages page.
What we do not promise
We do not say “this many customers per month”; reply rates vary by industry, product and price. What we promise is a working, measured setup: every week, how many buyers were reached, how many replied and how many meetings took place is shown in your dashboard.
Together with Amazon and compliance
Wholesale buyers and Amazon retail run in parallel in the same country; FDA registration and customs are handled by the same team. Package options on a single page.

Frequently asked questions
There are three routes: trade fairs, middlemen and direct outreach. In direct outreach, an importer list is drawn from customs and trade data, the decision maker is verified, contact is made by email from the company's own domain, and meetings are held with those who reply. The system builds this third route.
U.S. customs records show the importer by name; for other countries, trade databases, importer associations and marketplace seller lists are used. The list is filtered by product group and volume, and email addresses are verified.
If the list is accurate and the message gives the buyer useful information, replies come in; the rate varies by industry and product, so we do not promise, we measure. To avoid putting your main domain at risk, sending is done from a separate domain.
The decision is yours. In the first cycle we conduct the meetings together; if your team is ready we hand over, and if you prefer, the meeting and quoting step stays with us.
From setup to a working system usually takes 3 months: list and infrastructure in the first 3 to 5 weeks, the first sending cycle in 4 to 8 weeks. First meetings generally start in the second month; this varies by industry.
No. We do not sell on commission; we build the system and teach you how to run it. The buyer relationship and pricing stay with you.
Yes. Amazon brings retail sales and this system brings wholesale buyers; the two channels run in parallel in the same country, sharing the brand and compliance file.
We start with the U.S. because data access is strongest there; for Europe and the Gulf, trade databases are used. Country selection is made at the first meeting based on your product group and current exports.
